One of our favorite Christmas tradions is to make and decorate gingerbread houses.
This is the second step in the process.
Last week I made dough for 5 houses.
Today we prepared the pieces.
Later in the week we will put them together and
after Thanksgiving, they will be decorated and put
on display for all to see and smell.
